What data we process and why

We only process the data you give us in the website forms:

• Table requests: name, phone, email, day, time, number of guests, whether there are allergies or intolerances and your message. We use them to manage your request and confirm it by email.
• Gift vouchers: name, phone, email, voucher type, recipient and message, to prepare and manage the voucher.
• Contact: name, phone, email and message, to reply to your enquiry.

Information about allergies or intolerances may be considered health data: we only use it to prepare your visit with the kitchen, with your explicit consent.

Legal basis

The consent you give us when sending the form and steps taken at your request prior to a contract (managing the booking or voucher).

How long we keep your data

For as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Table request data is deleted once the visit has taken place, unless the law requires otherwise.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use the Web3Forms service to send the forms; it acts as a data processor. Like any web server, our hosting provider's server may log technical access data, such as your IP address, for security and operational purposes.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, request restriction or portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contacto@rstlaestrella.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website always uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
